Leading up to the public release, we're sending release candidates trying to get as many fixes in before the general public gets access.
What's new:
What's new:
- Retired the Map Explorer panel in favor of the token bars. A future iteration will add incorporate a control to cycle through filters.
- Replaced the old stat sheet in favor of a JavaFX sheet that's detached from the painting process involved with rendering the map.
- Expanded error reporting to attempt catching errors caused by bad parameters, which previously failed quietly, or threw an obscure error message in MapTool.
- Tried to do something about the member list view in chat. Still a bit clunky since there is nothing we can do about a known JavaFX bug regarding how split panes gets laid out when the JavaFX scene is called. What it does now is hide itself when first called. When a user resizes the split, it will try to remember the setting for the remainder of the session. We also put in a control to toggle the split expansion on the chat input control bar.
- Code cleanup, optimizations, and the like.
- Fixed a bug introduced in build #13. A line to exit the application was written in the wrong place. Users can now again launch Mote by simply double clicking / executing the application file.
- Addressed SE Ticket #s 47 - 58
